I gave the staff a generous tip when I checked out and still received poor service. I waited three business days to get a response and reimbursement and still haven’t. They didn’t even send me a receipt of what they charged me when I checked out. "

"Me encanto que las habitaciones y el baño estaban muy limpias, realmente en cuanto a limpieza le doy un 10 porque estuvo excelente. En general estuvo bien solo tuve un inconveniente que el primer día mi familia pidió almuerzo y la pechuga de pollo de mi mamá estaba algo salada y no se dijo nada. Luego pedí mi almuerzo pero mi bagre en salsa estaba extra salado, era demasiado y le comuniqué a la persona que nos estaba atendiendo y el no dio ninguna opción de solución ni nada. No volvimos a comer...
