"Clean hotel and friendly staff."

"Air-conditioning is almost non-existent, customer service very bad, very bad English skills. Wifi not working and no interest to fix or compensate. We complained about the AC and they asked us to wait in the room, until they fix us a new one. Nobody came, after two calls to the reception, nothing. Third time there was different staff and they gave us a new room right away. AC was there also very bad, like from the 1970's? Nice to wake up all sweaty.. "Anka City is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees. It is close enough to the major sites to take a taxi, but I suggest having a car.
