We never got a response. We tried to contact hotels.com with no success. We finally were able to speak to someone at The Evolve Team, which is the company that manages this vacation rental. "The room was a little on the smaller side. However, the bathtub, location, and staff made up for it. There is not a very big parking lot and it’s first come, first serve. We showed up early and were able to get a spot. There also wasn’t a coffee maker in the room but there was coffee available downstairs. "
