"Staff services are great! They’re all polite and approachable. Food is okay. The internet connection is disappointing. There’s a laundry shop outside (walking distance)-it’s cheaper. If you don’t want noise while sleeping maybe it’s good to request a room away from the street because the hotel is along the highway. We heard cars honking at night. We wanted to try the VIP KTV but they’re on renovations."

While the local breakfast was acceptable, the quantity and quality was poor and had to order additional food which was an additional charge, and the other breakfast options were limited, of poor quality, and insufficient. "Said there were 2 restaurants, a bar, free breakfast. No restaurant or bar, no breakfast...not even coffee. Also, bathroom was gross, mold on floor is shiwer area"

"I was here for 24 nights and it was an overall fantastic stay. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and promptly serviced when required. I would highly consider making this hotel my regular for when I visit Tagum. "
