Masasa 3 Stars Hotels

"Room was clean but very basic, no fridge, no kettle….. these 2 items are very essential for people who loves cold or hot drink without the need of getting out of the room. No hot water twice…. First episode was reported and fixed but did not last longer and no hot water again!!! The bed is very comfortable, but the top sheet or kumot is so thin, not a good one for someone who love to sleep in a cold room. 5 star for the hotel staffs"

"Friendly staffs, good food"

"great place to stay, clean, quite and close to everything "

"Cleanliness and staff was amazing including the owner! "

"Stayed here for a week. You’ll have everything you need. Nice accommodation, excellent service and amazing staff. The view is one of the best I’ve seen so far. Location seemed remote but they can facilitate easy transportation to get you where you need to go. Highly recommended, if you’re coming to Puerto Galera."

"Staff are very kind and helpful, they made sure we had what we needed. I booked a room for 2 people but I chose a bigger room because I was anticipating to have some relatives coming with us. So there were 4 of us who showed up for the room. I was expecting I would be charged for the 2 extra people but they didn’t charge me. The location is very nice if you want a quiet place to relax. We had the whole beach to ourselves most of the time but not advisable if you have kids because the ocean is...

"Always a nice place to stay the cafe is our go too awesome meals there"

"Incredibly kind, wonderful staff and simply furnished but very clean rooms. Excellent bar and restaurant, and located near the Sabang seawall with entertainment and restaurants. "

"property is clean and staff are very nice and friendly"

"It’s a great family atmosphere here. The staff are amazing. We ate here a few times too and was very happy with the food, especially the fresh fish. We found it a bit noisy at times. This is the only hotel with back up generators if the power goes down. Loved the staff here. Very helpful."

"Location is good and staff is great."

"We had a hassle-free stay. Staff are attentive to your needs are respectful."

"Place was great and its a nice place. i just did not expect and the steps needed to reach the reception and not one is there to help with the bags and luggages"

"The stay here was lovely! I felt like I was in a jungle resort. The bungalow was nice and spacious. I enjoyed spending free time at the pool and at the Bloom restaurant. Staff was very friendly! "

"Amazing spot. Great value for money :)"

"Overall, our stay were good. Just a little disappointed with menu and food that weren’t available. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Will definitely come back."

"Nice resort very friendly staff."

"In my opinion, best dive resort in Sanang by far. The staff is absolutely fabulous. While the rooms are basic standard rooms, there is good A/C. The restaurant, coffee shop, bar, staff and hotel amenities is where this property really shines!!"
