The hole between the shower stall and the toilet should never have been there as it only floods the toilet area causing a safety issue for guests because it makes the floor very slippery. "Tiles are all not fixed as they were moving while we step on it. we stayed for 2 nights and nobody bothered to ask us for room make up - so our room was a complete mess. Incomplete toiletries- we were told that in one room they only provide for one set of hygiene kit - our rooms are supposed to accommodate 2 to 3 people! But they provided us after we requested. "I booked a hotel called Orchids Hotel to find that it's now the Bed Box hotel. An apt name as the room was little more than a "box". By far the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. No window, no closet, no dresser, no where to hang or store clothing. No in room coffee, no toilet paper. The shower and toilet facility were on the same level so I was constantly standing in water.
