"I loved this hotel. The rooms are quaint, the layout means the cottages are private and quiet. The restaurant overlooks the sea and the food is lovely. The homemade ice cream, that you can watch being made, is delicious (I had avacado and spicy ginger) thick and creamy and the gift shop and being able to watch crafts people writing is just fab. All the staff were helpful and friendly and I would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you. "

"In my opinion this is the best kept secret in Bohol, Philippines. After being disappointed by the first place we stayed on our vacation it was very refreshing to stay at this property. The lobby area spotless as well as the elevator and hallway areas leading up to our room. The room was very clean and cozy, the bed was comfortable and all the linen was fresh. The have a small cafe inside the lobby and there is a restaurant right next door so you have food options at your disposal. Additionally...

The hotel staff are incredibly helpful and friendly whenever I need assistance, and the rooms are surprisingly spacious and beautifully decorated. "Family holiday. Greeted and assisted by lovely staff. Good sized room for 3 with balcony. complimentary fruit basket. Cons: shower head broken, blanket very thin, dental single use-bristles get stuck in my teeth and tap by the pool smells when turned on. Nice, enjoyable pool with shade to kill time. Included breakfast was generous and tasty. "

"The room is spacious, my kids are happy with the space. However, it doesnt have mirror in the room (only small one in the bathroom). The bathroom is also ok space, but the sink is a bit big that there is no space to put on your personal stuff. They have this list of room things that when u accidentally break whatever it is in there, u have to pay for it. And their price is expensive! So, be careful. The best part of this hotel is the pool. "If you like off the beaten path, this is a good choice. For the most part, staff was understanding and very helpful. Getting in and out of the resort area requires going through a gate and guard. Getting to villa umi requires a walk down the beach, but the staff comes out in force to help with bags. Meals were a little slow but worth the wait. Very clean and staff was very attentive."
