"Very clean, comfortable and well-located hotel. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the taxi pick-up for the next leg of our break and the staff were incredibly supportive and kind and made sure that we were comfortable even though we had checked out. "

"We had an unpleasant stay experience. During the winter season, we faced issues with heating. When we requested the heater, they insisted on an additional charge of Rs 1000. Despite booking a stay with buffet breakfast, the hotel did not provide a buffet; instead, they offered a limited menu with options like puri sabji, paratha, or bread with tea. I do not recommend this hotel due to the rude and unresponsive behavior of the staff."

"The view from the rooms is exceptional. Being able to lay on bed and see the Himalayan Mountain range was the highlight. Staff were extremely helpful anf friendly. Thank-you we really enjoyed our stay and were fortinate to see the snow capped peaks most days."

"The hotel itself is attractive and well appointed Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Coffee/bakery is fantastic. The setting is in a congested section of the Darjeeling bazaar without on site parking making arrival and departure complicated. We enjoyed our stay. "

"The room which we booked for 3 people doesn’t have enough space. We had to upgrade with additional cost, post upgrade as an additional bed only mattress was given, there are other hotels which provide a cot with no additional cost at all. The cafeteria did not have enough food options, the bathroom once closed developed a pungent smell after sometime, we had to call room service for bathroom freshener time and again.
