"Ok hotel but limited parking."

"Kitchens have a the usual plates and cutlery for two with a coffee pot and kettle. Also a fridge and a flat bed toaster (not toaster oven, not a typical slot toaster.) The room was clean and the beds were perfect but we couldn’t find how to adjust the heat beyond the heated floor in bathroom. Staff is available by txt but we didn’t try to reach out and none of staff on-site interacted with us beyond check in. Our room had a table and chairs as well as a smart TV. "We spent two nights at Tønderhus, a good hotel, friendly personel., good breakfast. We did not have dinner in the restaurant. The hotel as such is a bit oidfashioned and is without a bar. Our Rom was OK with good beds but with a somewhat “oldish” odeur, it helpen to open the window, though. "

"We liked the extensive yard of the hotel. The great room which was used for dining as well, was cozy. Our bedroom had lighting that could not be adjusted if one were lying in bed. Of course there were 2 bedside reading lamps, but it was very dark if one person was in bed and the other was working on a laptop at the desk. We liked the railing and hooks. That is convenient for travelers."

"The place is definitely over-rated and therefore not worth the cost. the place is cozy, the restaurant good, but for the prices paid, other places would probably have been able to offer something better. "

"2 night stay here out in the wilderness. The room was great and spacious and modern. Restaurant food was a buffet on the first night which was not bad all in all. the second evening meal however left a bit to be desired. A single lady sat on our adjoining table had obviously been in the room a while. She had obviously choosen the same meal as what my wife and I had both ordered. Breaded plaice. we couldn't understand at first why she had got up and left her dinner almost uneatened. After we had...

"While the overall quality and cleanliness was as okay-ish expected, we had quite the unpleasant run-in with this hotels owner. When we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised when the employee told us that there will be a breakfast buffet included in the price. We made sure to ask the employee again, who did tell us that the buffet will be included, which we thought may be a change in terms we were very happy about. This happiness lasted until we checked out with the owner the next morning....

"A disappointing stay - when we arrived there was no one available for about 15/30 minutes after having to shout to attract someone's attention then it seemed that there were not expecting us - location of cottage further away than expected description said it was an annex, which normally means attached to the hotel. Explanation of location of cottage not good, took over 2 hours to find it and then we had to go back to the hotel and ask someone to take us. Cottage was warm, and clean towels and...

"We stayed for one night as we had an appointment in Tonder the following morning (it is a 25 min drive to Tonder from the hotel). Check in was easy and the staff were lovely. and had a great experience. The room was clean, with a big shower, and comfortable bed!"
