"Hotel had no hot water for both of our stays. Staff couldn't do anything about it. Also they charged us extra fees that were not disclosed. The front office person was the rudest I have ever encountered. She refused to help and even mumbled bad language, I am not allowed to type here, several times under her breath when I asked questions. There are many good hotels in the area, this isn't one of them"

The ambience of the resort is quite good with dense greenery all around which makes you feel closer to nature. Staff is good and helpful all around. Food is good and tasty, though very limited in variety; especially for breakfast we had almost the same menu for all the four days we stayed there!
