Things not satisfactory: Bed height in our room was too low,approx 1.5 feet high, difficult to use especially if you have any elderly person with you. There is no lift . "The stay at this property was excellent. Right from the reception to room service to the restaurant service and the ambiance around was outstanding. A special word for the Reception Manager Mr Kuljeet - he was very helpful and ready to assist in every question you had. He made my stay very comfortable. Mr Namgayal the owner is a very pleasant person and a great host. The boy in the restaurant Mr Raj was also wonderful and made sure every request was attended to. Overall, a great place and wonderful stay and experience. Thanks"
