"Vila Lacman is a family run small boutique hotel on the hillside west of the castle (Foritca), and just above the beach club. A short walk to the square (Trg) and the port (luka) of Hvar. we discovered you can take a long set of stairs straight up to the road the hotel is on (a difficult hike with luggage ) or walk along the harbor front go right past the cafe up a short set of stairs to a walkway that goes behind an old church tower. "The room was very spacious and clean. It was in the heart of everything! We were only one minute away from the best restaurants, the marina, the beach, the grocery store to stock up on drinks / waters. It was only a minute away from Lola's a fun bar just up the stairs. The management team was so generous to give us extra time in the morning to pack up and catch the ferry. I highly recommend staying here!"

"Recently renovated bathroom and kitchenette. Very quiet at night with comfortable bed. Smart TV had Netflix available. Enjoyed the garden of potted plants and eating at the table I the patio with a decent view. Easy walk from the pier with only about ten steps up. Market at ground level is very convenient."
