"The hotel is central to everything in San Marino . Staff great , service great , rooms are good , comfy and very clean , ours had great views and balcony 👍 they are so helpful , even pick you up / return you to bus stop where Rmini bus drops you in SM , use the service it’s some hike up SM hills . Breakfast a pleasant surprise covered in room rate , and was lovely , coffee , fresh fruit , yoghurts , cream cheese and toppings , toasts , meats , cheeses , eggs , cereals so an absolute dejection...

"The positive first - very friendly and kind staff - free parking Negative I booked triple room with double bed and one twin bed. I got double room with double bed and rollaway bed. This extra bed is not part of the room. Everything is arranged for 2 people, 2 chairs inside the room, 2 chairs at the balcony, double bed had to be shifted from original position to make enough space for rollaway bed! This bed was super small and uncomfortable! I can understand the hotel had some issues, but this...

"The Joli hotel is in a very walkable section of town and nearby several public parking lots (8E all day). Staff very nice and helpful. We ate at the hotel restaurant which was filled with locals and good food which was much less expensive than the restaurants inside the walled old town. "

"Lovely hotel conveniently located near the train station. Bus pickup for travelling to San Marino was in front of the hotel. Greeted by dog JO-JO, a nice addition. Wonderful breakfast, and all in all an enjoyable stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone."

"It was an above average stay for our family. Our room was quite sparse and the public areas appeared quite dated however it was perfectly functional containing all we needed and the staff were brilliant. Wifi was strong and facilities very good"

"It was hot in my room the only thing working with the ceiling fan I went to the desk and they told me that they already shut the AC system off because it was off season controlling how a customer feels in the room I don't think it's cool"

"Easy to find, check in provided in advance online - very easy. Slightly jaded decor but nothing awful. Very pleasant staff. Nice evening meals if rather expensive. Easy parking, easy to get to all directions. I down mark because I hate not having a bath - I just feel unclean in a shower - but it was an ample sized shower but tray was spiked and difficult for standing. "
