"Good location. Older hotel with character. Quirky room"

"Very disappointed!. We feel cheated. When looking to book, the picture shows the Kaype Hotel on the see front, BUT when booking the room, the room description comes up as Kaype - Quintamar which is NOT the same! After booking and paying the non refundable room rate, we got a email, saying not to expect a see view or balcony, as we were booked into the annex (this should have been explained before we booked).They make out it’s an annex at the rear of the hotel, but the reality it’s another hotel...

"Habitación triple, sin ventana al exterior, solo una ventana en el techo, cupimos cuatro personas sin problema, dos camas de matrimonio y una sencilla. "

"The hotel was amazing the best we have ever stayed in. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was beautifuly maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect, the bathroom was spotless and the towels big,white and soft. There was a good menu for an evening meal and the food was delicious. The surroundings were very pretty with views to the mountains and a lovely beach just a couple of minutes walk. We would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone."

"VERY close to harbor and beach. Clean and modern rooms. Tub was a little small to stand in for a tall person like myself (my only criticism). A GREAT staff and great location! Will stay there again!!"
