"The staff was very friendly, even though our room was not ready after 4pm. They then fixed it within 20+ minutes. In Expedia, it is mentioned that the center of town is 3 minutes away by car, but it is more like 10 minutes. And what is called a "mountain view" is a view on the parking lot."

I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "Very quiet, spacious, clean and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was delicious and well appointed. Sunday in Amstetten many things are closed. This hotel is next to a very nice nature walk loop around the city"

"The hotel is beautiful, with lots of historic stuff, it really feels ancient, authentic but it is clean. There is a forest around it where you can hike, visit a stream. Beware: the gps coordinates here on hotels.com take you to a cornfield not to the hotel, you have turn left well before it, at the Schloss Ernegg sign in the village under the hill. "

The food sucks, it was cold and a buffe a 10 year old with an interest with food could outdo xD my mom has works in a resturant for 18 years and i have loved to cook for all of my 27 years i've been alive, and paying 22 euro per person for that is a joke, you even had to pay for coffe, most drinks where allready done and in buttles, i would say the best part of the food was the hot chocolate you hot to breakfast, witch by itself was warm milk and powder.
