"The rooms where dirty and was not neat had stains on the couches and hair in the bathroom on the tub and floor. "

"It was a last minute stop for an overnight in the middle of a 15 hour drive. Great location-no food included"

"I switched rooms 4 times total because of the uncleanliness of my room. In every room there were crumbs on the floor, one room had a few big red stains, beds were stained and had hair on them. I was very disappointed as I have never had this experience. I spent maybe 2 hours total in my room because of this only to gather my belongings and shower the next day before getting back on the road. "

"The shower needs some rethinking. The door has to be open to set the temperature of the water and gets water all over the floor. The pressure is way too high with the head that is on it. It should have a larger head that is adjustable for softer flow. The soap dispensers are behind the water fall and should be moved to the side wall so you don’t have to reach thru the water to get soap. "
