There was no shampoo and shower gel.The elevator stopped working when we were checking out, but the staff was really helpful, and helped us with our heavy luggage."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Ville de Joubert. Wafa was incredibly helpful and really made sure we had a lovely stay. Nabil the restaurant manager pulled out all the stops ensuring my partner had an incredible birthday, we had requested a cake and they delivered a tiramisu cake with his name on it! Even making sure it was a surprise. Wafa also put us in touch with a friend of hers, Aziz who drove us around and really made sure we could get to places! Highly recommend this to anyone who wants a calming place surrounded by the most beautiful of views. "
