Deer Valley 3 Stars Hotels

"The property was clean, new kitchen & the hot tubs were nice. But the most important thing about paying for an overnight stay: the bed! The worst bed we have ever experienced. So soft that 2 people end up in the middle. (We are not huge people!) The mattress looked new, but it was truly terrible. We had to take the mattress off the couch & put it on the floor. That was not great, but better than the bed. Only 2 bath towels for two people for a 5 night stay? Very disappointed."

"Excellent condo. Great location and facilities. Pre check-in communication was weak but local support was fantastic. Would stay here every time. Better than most of the local high-end hotels especially the value for the expense. "

"Bath mats were not clean. Window latch was broken so could not close. Only issued one door key. Building was brand new . Charging ports bedside would be an improvement. More detailed check in instructions would be a great improvement "

"Everything was great but the hot tub was dirty. It appears to be missing a filter and so there was a lot of dirt and hair in the hot tub, rendering it unusable. "
