"Very clean and quiet. We stayed here because everything in Siena was booked up. It was easy access, lots of free parking and although the manager did not speak much English he was very helpful and hospitable and even called a restaurant for us so we could eat after a late check in. Would stay here again. "

"This is a very nice small hotel with very accommodating staff. We advised that we would be arriving quite late and there was a helpful staff member waiting for us, ready to help with luggage, parking information and anything else we needed. The room was charming and clean and the breakfast was excellent. There are stairs but they are manageable (I am 68 years old and my wife is 66). If you want an elevator and 24 hour reception, stay in a Hilton. If you are looking for a nice small hotel, next...

"In the night was an alarm for hours. The noise didn’t end until the morning. The reception was not manned and nobody stopped the alarm. This was extremely bad service and they didn’t even apologize for this. "
