"Minutes after checking in and putting our stuff down, a big rat was discovered under the bed. I opened the door and called a couple of housekeepers to sweep up rat droppings and locate to remove the big rat out of our room. After a few minutes, the rat came running out the room and the staff had a big laugh. We were too tired to ask for another room and none was offered anyway, so we stayed on the same one for the rest of our stay. The staff were amazing but the property was outdated and requires maintenance. Never again!"

"At first this place seemed kind of grotty to me, but it grew on me as the day wore on and the next morning was splendid and the view of the lake and mountain blew my mind. I would highly recommend giving it a shot"

"The location is close to UPLB and crossing. So many walkable places to eat at. I stayed for 3 nights in one of their presidential suites. The rooms were clean. I would recommend a mirror in the master’s bathroom in 315. "
