Incomplete toiletries- we were told that in one room they only provide for one set of hygiene kit - our rooms are supposed to accommodate 2 to 3 people! But they provided us after we requested. "I booked a hotel called Orchids Hotel to find that it's now the Bed Box hotel. An apt name as the room was little more than a "box". By far the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. No window, no closet, no dresser, no where to hang or store clothing. No in room coffee, no toilet paper. The shower and toilet facility were on the same level so I was constantly standing in water.
