"Tiles are all not fixed as they were moving while we step on it. we stayed for 2 nights and nobody bothered to ask us for room make up - so our room was a complete mess. Incomplete toiletries- we were told that in one room they only provide for one set of hygiene kit - our rooms are supposed to accommodate 2 to 3 people! But they provided us after we requested.
