"This hotel needs some work. The staff was very friendly but the rooms give off a very cold almost creepy asylum feel. Beds are hard and the blankets were stained. Grime in the corners. Won’t stay again."

"The place is beautiful and the customer service is fine. There's just a small dead cockroach in one room and another at the rest room. It could have been improved if it will be checked prior receiving guests so they could remove it plus we lack one towel during the stay which could have checked as well. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. It is accessible to a lot of restaurants and other places to visit."

"I wanted to give them 5 stars. Everything was excellent, except the most important, the beds. The mattresses were too well used and had a plastic covering so we were all sweating against the mattress even though the aircon was as cold as you wanted."

No 24 hrs reception to facilitate easy check in. No wifi. No bottled water in the room. No tissue paper. Incomplete toiletries. And worst is, there are cockroaches in the room. One more thing, if you pin the establishmebt in google map or waze, you will be guided to a different place. Definitely a BIG NO for me for a...
