"The place is beautiful and the customer service is fine. There's just a small dead cockroach in one room and another at the rest room. It could have been improved if it will be checked prior receiving guests so they could remove it plus we lack one towel during the stay which could have checked as well. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. It is accessible to a lot of restaurants and other places to visit."

"This hotel needs some work. The staff was very friendly but the rooms give off a very cold almost creepy asylum feel. Beds are hard and the blankets were stained. Grime in the corners. Won’t stay again."

"I wanted to give them 5 stars. Everything was excellent, except the most important, the beds. The mattresses were too well used and had a plastic covering so we were all sweating against the mattress even though the aircon was as cold as you wanted."

"Hotel is nice. Not so much activities at night. I was looking for drinking water around 11.30 pm but no drinking fountain or vending machine I asked the front desk and told me the kitchen is already close so no drinking water for me."

"This is the poorest service i ever received in my 5 years of domestic travels. What has been advertised byRed Doorz is a complete opposite of the service I got. No 24 hrs reception to facilitate easy check in. No wifi. No bottled water in the room. No tissue paper. Incomplete toiletries. And worst is, there are cockroaches in the room. One more thing, if you pin the establishmebt in google map or waze, you will be guided to a different place. Definitely a BIG NO for me for a...
