"The pictures that were advertised for the place were accurate. The room was very clean and the staff were also kind."

"Staff was very friendly. Upon arrival the room wasn't stocked with towels for bathing and no bath tissue. Overall for the price it was a decent value and close to airport. "

"Amazing pool grotto and staff were very friendly with prompt service."

"Good value place to stay , very well run by friendly owners ."

"DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY BOOKING THIS PLACE. TOTALLY UNSAFE AND UNHEALTHY. WE DID NOT EVEN STAYED ON THIS PLACE. WAS SEEKING A REFUND. WORST THAN A SLUM AND MORE THAN LIKELY FULL OF BED BUGS. DON'T BOTHER BOOKING THIS PLACE. W A R N I N G"

"Covenient"

"Is a cheap place to stay close to the airport and Robinson’s Tacloban, is ok for the price paid. "

"big rooms"

"Disappointed. Stayed for 6 days and booked 2 rooms; both are very small, just enough for the bed/s. Though the staff are accommodating, everything had to be requested (once they even forgot to give us the complimentary water). There's no in-house phone so you need to either go down to the front desk, or use your cellphone. Once we decided to just have dinner at the hotel because we were too tired to eat out, but were told they weren't serving dinner then. Hope they improve soon. "

"This hotel is shuttered and closed. They took my reservation money and expedia wont refund my money"

"The property was clean & the staff was extremely welcoming, cordial, & attentive."
