"Staff was awesome even though facilities sometimes left a little to be desired. For example our room had a non working phone preventing us from reaching out to local establishments. And they never got it working. Also of note, all rooms have no TV, which surprised me but that wasn’t a deal breaker as we relied on our phones and tablets for entertainment during down time. Overall though, I would book here again but not in the deluxe rooms because we had a wonderful view of a bamboo wall. Every.single.staff.member was kind and courteous and helpful."

"Absolute paradise! Romantic Villa is easily the most romantic spot in Siargao. Pristine design, unbeatable privacy, and a vibe that is pure relaxation. The location is perfect—close enough to the best surf breaks and cafes, but quiet enough to feel like you have the island to yourself. We didn’t want to leave!""

"Place is nice, clean and quiet with great ocean views, close to cloud nine, surfing area. Staffs are nice, friendly and accommodating even the chef is accommodating, my husband was sick with flu and he was able to twick his menu, he was able to make him soups, to all the staff, thank you for your excellent service 🙏🙏🙏"

"Ohana Resort Hotel is a lovely place to stay if you’re looking for a clean and relaxing getaway. The property is well-kept, the rooms are tidy, and the overall atmosphere feels refreshing. It’s the kind of place where you can truly unwind. That being said, I feel the staff could be a bit more attentive. While they were friendly and polite, there were times when service felt a little slow or when extra attention to detail would have made the experience even smoother. A bit more attentiveness would definitely take the hospitality here to the next level. Another minor downside is the road leading to the resort. After heavy rain, it tends to get flooded or have large pools of water, which can make it tricky to get in and out. It’s not a deal-breaker, but something to be prepared for if you’re visiting during rainy days. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Ohana Resort Hotel for its cleanliness, peaceful vibe, and potential to become an even better destination with just a few small improvements. I’d be happy to return! "

"The bathroom was awful. No bidet. No refrigerator. No elevator. Unfriendly staff. No towels. No WiFi. Window shades had no darkening effect. No bottled water in the room. Water goes everywhere in the bathroom. Door to balcony doesn’t close all the way. My friends room had no TV, no closet. Grounds were very nice. But will never stay there again and will not recommend "
