"This is a classy place. Enjoyed my unexpected one night stay due to a flight cancellation. The place is 2 minutes from the airport, has a swanky pool with vanishing edge, 2 well equipped bars, nice restaurant with excellent food... the entire place has an understated chic atmosphere... the staff was very attentive and helpful, top notch all around. "I found the place rather confusing. The Uber driver couldn't find it and had to ask several people in the vicinity. There are no markings to indicate "Ngaliema Resort Club"; indeed the board with keys at reception has a different name on it. There's no lobby, just an office that might be open. They do serve a breakfast on the rooftop. There seemed to be very few guests and very few staff around. The room was OK - air conditioned and with some amenities - but the location wasn't great. "Actually the hotel itself is OK. But the manager is corrupt! He claims that he hasn't been paid by Orbitz in over a year. Insisted that I pay the hotel directly before I could check out, even though Orbitz verified that they paid him. Orbitz still working on getting him to reimburse them (and thus me). I have recommended that Orbitz black list the Hotel Sol Beni, or at least stop listing it on their website."
