"It was a headache. They sent a pre-arrival form that doesn’t do anything and does not work. You don’t know where to check in when you arrive, no clear signage. They did not give us keys when they told us the room number. No elevator. Unclean hallway. The fridge was not cleaned. Toiletries were only for 1 person, no towels. The cabinet was falling apart. They provided remote controls that are not working, no batteries. You need to call for them to give you the password for the wifi. The...

"Stayed in larger 2 bed bungalow with high ceilings. Nice TV, aircon and walk in bathroom. Private patio with fan and seating. Breakfast very basic and local (more fruit and juice options would be an improvement). Met owners, nice people and site is nice for walking and pet friendly. Nice pools and sitting areas. Dining is not available on site but many options nearby, small drive. Slight sewer odor in bathroom that should be corrected if possible."
