"It was a headache. They sent a pre-arrival form that doesn’t do anything and does not work. You don’t know where to check in when you arrive, no clear signage. They did not give us keys when they told us the room number. No elevator. Unclean hallway. The fridge was not cleaned. Toiletries were only for 1 person, no towels. The cabinet was falling apart. Dining is not available on site but many options nearby, small drive. Slight sewer odor in bathroom that should be corrected if possible."
