"Horrible disgusting property. False Check-in time (site says 2pm but was informed 3pm). Messed up my reservation so had a different room that was smaller. Staff blamed Expedia, but that’s very hard to believe especially since Expedia has been top notch with my reservation requests with no issues. Toilet had no toilet seat, shower had exposed electrical wire and felt absolutely disgusting and dirty. Super hot and humid with weak AC. Extra bed is just a very thin mattress on the floor. The room is large, the bathroom works and they provide breakfast to your room at 0700. They also can arrange your underground river tour, they walk you straightaway to the boat. Also, know going in that it is a small budget place in the jungle, they may or may not have any hot water. "
