"Extremely convenient location, 2 mins from the Old Port (& Metro). Handy for excursions, helpful Tourist Office plenty of eateries, shops, small supermarkets & museums. Listed as a 2*. Could easily be a 3*, but suggest investing in redecorating & general upkeep. Kept clean, comfortable, but messy / incomplete repairs.
