Hotels.com does not support you with any refund, they don‘t care that they have properties on their website which doesn‘t exist. "This is a great hostel. Very clean, right on the beach, incredible service. It did get rowdy at night, but was not a trashy vibe at all - fine if you were not trying to party. We are a couple in our 30s and enjoyed ourselves."
