"Solid business Hotel for a stay in ishigaki. It's away from the main area so is a 10-15 min walk to restaurants etc but is v quiet. Room is clean and has all the amenities except a shower curtain which I thought a bit strange. No carpet either but total fine with that. For some reason the TV decided to turn on by itself at 6am this morning which was a rude awakening but other than that all good. "

"The images of the accommodation is very deceiving. We couldn’t find any of the common area except for the corridor that led to the rooms. It was also self check in where they state they sent our information beforehand. I never received any email so there wasn’t even a way of getting into the front door of the building. "We loved our time at Cago Guest House. My husband and I stayed for two nights and wish we stayed longer. Taketomi is a beautiful, quiet island and Cago is the perfect place to stay and enjoy it. The owners, a husband and wife, are lovely. We opted for the dinner both nights (breakfast was included) and all the food was fantastic. Highly recommend this place!"
