"The staff is nice and helpful. When things were not right, they fixed them. AC worked. Property is clean, if not worn, but they are updating rooms. Downside is that the neighborhood is fairly far from the center, is not a good place to be for foreign tourists who do not speak solid Spanish. In my case, the owners had a birthday party starting at 6 am with many beers, club music, and yelling. No way to sleep through that and not even an invite from the Tios!!! "Eine sehr schöne Anlage, mein zimmer hatte leider keine funktionierende steckdose. Auch beim ansprechen (Hotelmanger) wurde dies leider ignoriert und gesagt, ich könnte ja im haupthaus laden. Desweiteren hatte mein zimmer kein Ventilator, wie andere zimmer einen hatten. Da wir uns ausgetauscht haben, wusste wir auch dass alle das selbe gezahlten hatten. Das finde ich etwas schade! "

"True jungle experience. Brought in on long covered top boat, must walk on mud steps to get from boat to real steps. Cabins are rustic with screen windows. Bed covered in mosquito netting.
