"The star of the show was Andréia who looked after us at breakfast each day. She was extremely friendly, polite and helpful always with a friendly smile. The location was amazing right on the beach and really quiet, although I was a little worried when I noticed a bar playing music loud on a Thursday night but by 10pm it was quiet and slept well. The property is good value for money although we had a problem with the shower on arrival this was rectified the following day. "

While trying to resolve the issue through the Hotels.com chat, I discovered that my reservation had been mistakenly cancelled—without any prior notice or communication from the property. I was left with no assistance from the hotel, and shortly after leaving, I was involved in a car accident. Thankfully, Hotels.com provided excellent support throughout the situation.
