"I arrived on time for my check-in, but to my surprise, I was treated very poorly by the front desk staff. While trying to resolve the issue through the Hotels.com chat, I discovered that my reservation had been mistakenly cancelled—without any prior notice or communication from the property. I was left with no assistance from the hotel, and shortly after leaving, I was involved in a car accident. Thankfully, Hotels.com provided excellent support throughout the situation. "The star of the show was Andréia who looked after us at breakfast each day. She was extremely friendly, polite and helpful always with a friendly smile. The location was amazing right on the beach and really quiet, although I was a little worried when I noticed a bar playing music loud on a Thursday night but by 10pm it was quiet and slept well. The property is good value for money although we had a problem with the shower on arrival this was rectified the following day. "
