"The staff was courteous. The hotel is underresourced. No ice. No real food to eat in Bjorli when it is not ski season. Breakfast bar was excellent. The staff will do anything they can, there just aren’t that many services available. Be prepared going in. To be fair, this was truly the off-season. "

"Helt greit opphold, men var et par ankepunktet. Til å begynne med måtte jeg faktisk lete for å finne et sted å sjekke inn. Hotellet bærer generelt preg av å være gammelt, og selv om rommet hadde fått litt maling og bilder, er det ikke gjort noe med f.eks. punkterte vinduer og bad. Prisene i restauranten er svært høye, betalte drøyt 900 kroner for middag for en voksen og ett barn. På plussiden var personalet svært vennlige og serviceinnstilt, og omgivelsene er flotte."
