"Front desk staff was friendly and knowledgable. You do have to pay for parking and it’s across the street but convenient enough for a downtown location. Wi-Fi worked within the room and common areas. Bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated. Hallway was a little worn but room was bright and spacious. "

Got 1 drink voucher for 1 person when agreeing to skip housekeeping bed linen & towel change for what I thought was every other day but they didnt attempt a cleaning until the last day of our 4 night - 5 day stay. I had to request clean towels on the 3rd day twice before they showed up in plastc bags outside our door and did not pick up the dirty ones. We had to gather them up & leave them outside our door. We never had the "do not disturb" sign on. It was just a little confusing."

Could hear a bit of street noise at night (it did not last all evening), but that’s to be expected given the location of the hotel in a bustling area and it being a Friday night.
