"We stayed at Treehouse Neptune, Panaji for 4 nights. Rooms are of a decent size and offer good overall comfort. Fixtures/ accessories used in the room are of high quality/ top brands and lend a premium feel to the room. Staff are polite and service is up to the mark. "Slightly out of the way and not geared up for Western tourists. We were the only ones staying there. The room was OK but the balcony unfortunately overlooked a building site. There was no bucket (for soaking clothes) and the bathroom didn't have an extractor fan. The best thing was the breakfasts which we really enjoyed and here the service was much the best in the hotel."

"The staff are all absolutely amazing, so friendly and polite. The hotel is exceptionally clean. They go out of their way to help you. The breakfast was fabulous, so many varieties to cater for all and again the staff serve your every need. The only, very minor point I have is the bathroom, the layout is a bit odd and the shower doors have a gap which means water leaks out all over the bathroom."
