"This place was surprisingly great! First time to NYC and the staff made everything so easy and were over the top helpful. It's NYC so eveything is at your fingertips. My only complaint was that the AC/heating is run by a building wide system that can be only AC or only Heat. The system was in AC mode, so heat wasn't available to us and the room got a little chilly. We worked through it though. "

"Our room was nicely organized and very clean. The bathroom was clean and roomy. Guest relations were excellent and coffee pot was delivered to the room promptly. They also made follow up call to insure coffee pit received and if anything else was needed. Location in New York was excellent, as well. "
