Hotel is not extravagant but charming with very friendly staff. Note no bar or restaurant but neither needed given amenities around. No hesitation to recommend this 3 star hotel, all things considered. Front desk staff exceptional. "

"My fifth stay at The Peninsula Paris, I love everything about it. The building, the warmth of the rooms, the quality of the food, and especially the friendly and helpful service of the staff. The gym is spacious and modern. My partner loved the spa treatments. For my birthday we arrived at the room after dinner to find they had decorated the bathroom with candles and rose petals and had drawn a bath topped with rose petals. Spectacular!"

"Shangri la is a little piece of heaven, by far the greatest staff I have ever come across, the place is spectacular, the amenities are perfect and 5 star, and the staff, every person from the time you arrive to the time you leave are better than a 5 star they would be the first 10 star rating!! in all my travels they have the finest and best staff in the world!!! The food is amazing as well, the place is so great you don’t want to leave the premises!!"
