"Unbeatable Location & Convenience! This hotel is a game-changer for anyone attending an event, thanks to its seamless skywalk connection to both Target Field and Target Center. Parking was completely stress-free with a convenient ramp that bridges directly into the hotel via a covered skywalk. Our room was spotlessly clean and featured a great, big TV perfect for winding down. Another massive highlight was the breakfast; there were tons of options, and the fact that it stays open until 10:00 AM is a huge plus for late sleepers. I will definitely stay here again!"

"Overall we had a great stay. The staff made it for us. The hotel rooms themselves were a little dated but adequate. We had a junior suite which provided lots of room and a bathroom big enough for two to use comfortably. My 13 year old was to sleep on the pullout sofa. After opening it there was no way she would sleep on it. You could feel every spring through the old tired mattress. I went to the front desk and voiced my frustration as we were there for four nights for a volleyball tourney and she needed to get her rest. Within ten minutes they had a roll away bed up to our room and put its mattress on top of the sofa mattress. It was like princess and the pea but it worked, problem solved. Several times throughout the stay we called for additional items and they were all delivered within minutes with a smile. While the hotel is dated the staff were absolutely exceptional except for the bar staff in the restaurant. The service was very slow, ten minutes sitting at the bar before we were even acknowledged, and the bartenders seemed disinterested in serving us, especially the guy with the large mustache. Being that I’m a bartender in Vegas I was sad to see someone who obviously hated the job so much. The Starbucks cafe was quick and efficient and the food, after waiting a long time to get it, was good for dinner. The breakfast buffet priced pretty high per person wasn’t worth it as the item selection wasn’t that great. There were ample restaurants nearby."

"I usually stay at high end boutique hotels, so I ended up here only because I needed a place for an unexpected layover. The amenities at those types of hotels are obviously on a different level, but I’ve honestly never stayed somewhere this nice at this price point. What really set this place apart was the service. Maya at the front desk and the gentleman at the door were exceptional. They treated me like a friend, gave me great recommendations for restaurants and places to go during my delay, and made the whole stay feel genuinely personal. I’ve stayed at far more expensive hotels and still never had customer service this thoughtful. They even upgraded me to a room with laundry so I could wash my airport clothes. If you’re in town, stay here."

"Everything was good, of all the Sheraton Hotels I’ve been in. The Lounge lacked a lot. No food for . It was very clean but there were not times, there weren’t hors d’oeuvres or light evening bites. That kind of had me scratching my head a little bit. I know places are different but I won’t expect that from the Marriott brand! Other than that my visit was fine & the housekeepers did a great job cleaning my room each day!"
