Ive stayed here a few times now. I always find the staff very friendly and helpful. Over all the hotel is well maintained and clean. The breakfast is ok nothing special, pretty much just continental. The kids would love pancakes or waffles for sure.

The hotel is a little dated, but it is exceptionally clean and the staff are great. The included breakfast was very good. The food in the Indian restaurant was exceptional and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Overlander pub seemed to have a good menu, the staff and the service were incredible. We didn’t eat there because we favoured the Indian food.

Rooms were ok. Beds ok. Shower was decent and had pressure. Wifi was slow and had connection issues. Cell signal is poor in the rooms. Nice location, close to many restaurants, with nice view of the city and the lake. Generally clean, very helpful staff. I forgot my jacket in the restaurant and headed to my vehicle and about to leave. A staff came rushing to me and asked if I own the jacket. That was an extra service from the staff. The breakfast is not so bad, at least they refill items that goes fast, bacon, sausage, eggs. Thank you.
