"Really loved the luxury of the property, super nice. The breakfast was great as well. Staff was good, but needed to be more friendly to English speakers, if they can. Rooms were fantastic. Only thing I was frustrated about was that the front desk did not honor my Hilton honors rewards because I booked through a 3rd party site, which I have done numerous times before and gotten credit. Pretty silly policy that was not mitigated. "

And if you want dinner you have to go 2 minutes round the corner to the bigger Holiday Inn, which in all fairness does a good burger with friendly service. "I booked one king size bed private hot spring room in Expedia, but the hotel system shows double beds private hot spring room when I arrived. The front desk took 10 min to get me the right one. However, when I entered the room, it was totally uncleaned. Looked like someone just left the room without cleaning. Used towel in the bath, used towel on the floor, and the hot spring is still filled with hot water...... I had to called the front desk and ask them get me a room again..... Totally ruined...
