I went for memorial day weekend with my sister. The staff were unprofessional. They even tried to get me to cancel my expedia booking and book through them for more money. Right upon arrival, they called me none stop and said they needed to move me to the property next door. I didn't knew what that was all about. When we arrived they said there was a "plumbing issue". They also claimed my debit card was declined when they tried to ran it...Although I did not get any declined notifications on my card either because of travel or any other security reasons. I am sure I had more than enough money for my travels. They wanted us to pay in cash. We were actually okay with that since it was going to be cheaper. Anyways, these people were sketchy.
I am pretty sure they just had a random vacancy with the next door because the big family property booked the lot of the hotel, They also asked me inappropriate questions about my service dog. They asked me "what does your service dog do". Even though that is an illegal question to ask a person with their service dog. Told me the service dog can not go into the pool area even though it is a service dog. I know it was memorial day weekend but there was a loud family that stayed there. They partied late into the AM being loud and hugging up the pool.
I liked that the location was nice between cape may and wildwood which we wanted. The parking was convenient with plenty of parking spots.
