Run down old property. Beds are worn out and need to be replaced. Furnature is old. Our room had two doors and the rear door had a gap so large that an animal could crawl through from the alley.

The rooms smelled. The bedding had poop stain on it which was covered by another sheet which tells me that they do not wash their bedding after every guest. Gross! The hotel needs an upgrade, had dingy carpeting and an overall dirty feel to it.

Most expensive hotel on our trip through Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. Hotel was old but our room was clean. iIsufficient parking for vehicles with little to no lighting outside. Receipt was requested as we check out but host said it is not available as system is down. We asked for an email copy be sent. To date no email recieved from White Buffalo hotel staff. Breakfast was a delight, best we had on our trip!

Pro -Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful flowers outside along walkway. Great breakfast with lovely service and staff. Con-Area outside entry needs some upkeep and cleaning. Broken concrete and lots of stains.

Overpriced but it is West Yellowstone. Biggest complaint is I asked the staff if room would be cleaned and beds made for the next day and the answer was yes if you do not hand the sign on the door. We left the next morning and did not even have a sign in the room but to our surprise when we returned to the room later that day a sign was hung on the door and the room was not made up. When question the staff had no reply. Obviously they lied.
