I had a serious problem with room keeping, the first day I came back from the park and my room door was open and the deadbolt was left out so the door could never be closed, I reported it at the front desk but I don’t think they believed me. The next day I left again, and I checked the door and it was locked. I returned at the end of the day and my door appeared to be shut, I pushed on the door and it opened right up, no key needed. Didn’t get shampoo and soap one day, bath mat and tub non slip mat removed and not replaced for two days. Reported all this to the front desk and they said they would report it, but nothing was done to make me feel good.

I paid a lot for this hotel for the night but it was not nice. It was an a location close to shops but not modern. The room was way too simple and outdated.

Fun western lobby with fireplace. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good. We stayed in one bed room. It was very small and the bathroom was smaller than my bedroom closet. Could use an upgrade with fresher flooring, molding and paint. I noticed the two bed room my family stayed in was significantly bigger and nicer.

Nice property with a nice breakfast area. The only problem was is that you can tell people are smoking in there rooms. It does have an odor. But our room was very nice. Room was cleaned every day and new soap was left.
