"We had 2 emails before we arrived, one from Heimleiga CS and one from Godo Property. Each assigned us a different room and key box codes. This was very confusing. The apartment was clean and new. Not a grain of salt or coffee on the premises so you need to take all the basics or else buy locally. Good blackout curtains and quiet at night. We could not get the tv to work but otherwise all was good. It is a central location and if you want to eat out there are several options close by. Heimaey...

Bad points.the house was very dilapidated, in very bad condition externally which gives a bad first impression .lots of flies around. Room very stark, nothing cosy.
