When checking in there were 3 men doing drugs around back and were passed out in the road way into the parking garage when we came back for the night! We didn’t feel safe Rooms were just ok kinda run down and small bath tub was in need of repair and refresh - the breakfast was great though with friendly staff

Considering all the negative reviews online, my experience was good. The only negative thing I can say is that the bath towels were extremely rough. I would stay again at this hotel when I return to Richmond, BC
