I love the layout of the room, with a living room and a bedroom that are separated by a sliding door. The bed and pillows are comfy. The linens and towels are white and clean. The staff are great and greet you with a big smile, some will even bother to remember your name, so friendly. We had the breakfast option downstairs at the French bistro, and the food was so yummy, definitely worth the upgrade (and actually ended up being cheaper than if we had to buy breakfast for ourselves). The location is very convenient, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, as well as transit options. At first, I was worried because of the valet only parking, but we didn’t end up needing our car at all during our stay. We are very happy with our stay, and will definitely stay here again next time we were in Vancouver.
