"The hotel is nice but one cottage our friends' stayed in did not have hot water for their entire 3 day stay. The cleanliness of sheets/towels is not great, and bed/pillows not very comfortable. Besides that, the pool / gym area is amazing with view of sunset over mountain. The property is manicured beautifully with plants and flowers on the vineyard. The restaurant was really good for breakfast/coffee, many employees and food was delicious."

"I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is nice. It's clean and private. The pool and hot tub were very nice and well placed. We enjoyed our time in the valley. I would stay at this hotel again. I was very disappointed about the Valle de Guadeloupe highway infrastructure, especially for what the businesses charge for services. The roads were pitted and in distress. I can't imagine returning to the area based on the overall cost/enjoyment calculation. I will remember my memories fondly though."
