Upper Bicutan hotel rooms a the OYO Rooms

"It’s hard to complain for the price but I paid few dollars more for the biggest option of the two rooms listed. Instead I got the tiniest room I’ve ever seen. How do I know? My friends had 5-6 rooms booked with their families for new years, they said my room was extremely small compared to any of their rooms. It was only 2 feet around the entire double bed. That was the whole room. "

The worst part was online check in which stated, the room wasn’t available after they charged me. I went there in person and they did me right."

"Good= 24/7 front desk. Staff is friendly and kind. Speaks English. Bad= under renovation= noise and dirt everywhere, doors are paper thin, only sheets and towels, no services, NO ELEVATOR…. Nothing will ever be 1st floor….2,3,4 flights of stair….. you gotta love the smell of cat urine! Good luck with the internet!!!!
